Artichoke & Spinach Frittata
Ingredients
4 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
14.5 oz. can artichoke hearts, well-drained, chopped and patted dry
2 pkts. Artichoke & Spinach Warm Dip Mix
4 eggs
1 cup lactaid milk
Directions
Combine all ingredients and whisk until smooth. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes or until set.
